Évaluations des clients

  • Company never got in touch with me. I had to reach out to them. The guys who came asked for, no, they practically demanded, a tip. We had scheduled for 9 that morning. they didn’t show up until after noon. They wanted me to release the payment code before they took the thing to u-haul. they were VERY unhappy when I refused.

    Évaluation :

Thank you for your feedback, Lynn. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we respectfully disagree with several aspects of your review. Our team communicated the adjusted arrival time due to an unforeseen emergency and successfully completed the loading service, ensuring your belongings were carefully packed and secured. We also want to clarify that gratuities are always optional and never required. We take pride in our professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction, and we appreciate the opportunity to have assisted with your move.
