  • Movers arrived a little late with no dollies to assist with moving. Two young movers with limited experience moving without dollies. Damages propery while moving furniture. This was communicated at the time to dispatch via text message. I was asked about insurance but insurance wasn't offered at the time of booking. The move was Saturday the 24th pictures of damaged proprty was submitted today Thursday the 29th although the company was aware at the time of the damage because the pictures were submitted 5 days later they would not compensate for the damaged they caused. If you value your items, I'd go with another moving team. I will be posting pictures of the damage to my social media platforms. They aren't accountable for the damage they cause.
