Évaluations des clients

  • They got the job done, but there were multiple instances of poor communication between each other that required a lot of calling and following up to make sure everyone was on the same page. It also resulted in a small delay to my pickup, which wasn’t a big deal but could have been avoided (or at least, communicated to me without me having to reach out). I’m overall satisfied with the service but they really need to streamline their communication among themselves as well as the customer.

  • They got the job done, but communication between each other was very lacking and there were multiple instances of miscommunication that resulted in stress and delays. I’m still happy with the result, but they really need to work on streamlining communication and making sure everyone is on the same page.
