  • DO NOT USE SHARIFF and HELPING HANDS MOVERS. CROOKS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND, UNRELIABLE The pickup time was for 9am and confirmed they arrived at 4,45pm. When Shariff arrived he told me I needed to pay him before he will move anything. I told him I prepaid, he said I paid the company and not him. He also told me I owed him $60 for the 1 flight of stairs they knew about before the move. I told him I didn't have that much cash he told me to go to the cash machine. He told me to pay him $240 in cash, for the move and stairs, he qas charing me $60 for the stairs they knewaboutin advance. As they were moving my items Shariff was throwing my things from the 2nd floor landing to the first floor. He was did not use the stairs and he charged me. My neighbor has him on their door video as he was doing this while standing in front of the camera. When we reached the final destination he met my husband disabled in a wheelchair and told us he was not going to move anything until he was paid he left.

    Hello, Our messages document that you requested a schedule change because you needed to go elsewhere and stated you would contact us when you returned. We also respectfully declined your repeated offers of cash, as we do not require cash payments. Before the move, we recommended adding hours because you requested additional services beyond your original booking. We explained that the additional move would require approximately two more hours for travel and unloading. At no point did we demand a payment code upfront. Our movers completed the originally booked service, and additional work required additional paid time. Helping Hands has remained professional and respectful throughout this interaction. We value our customers, but we also expect respect toward our team. We will not provide additional services without proper compensation. Thank you, Helping Hands Movers Have a blessed day
