Évaluations des clients

  • I had a one bedroom apartment furniture to move, and Josh wanted to take a look at the furniture that needed moving prior to the move date. Date and Time was set and Josh showed up a half hour late for the meeting. The day of the move, I have requested a 1 o'clock start time and Josh push to make it noon instead. I finally agreed and made arrangements to be there for a noon start with painless movers, and Josh and his helper did not show up until 1;20. He did call a couple of times and let me know that he was going to be late. So communication was good, timeliness not so much.

  • Josh and his team were great to work with and made our move easy! They disassembled, wrapped and neatly packed the uhaul in a timely manner. We underestimated how long our move would take so they graciously let us add on more time and didn't leave until the job was done. Wonderful team, wonderful experience. I'd recommend them to anyone!
