  • I chose this service to take the stress out of moving, it did the exact opposite. Communication was nonexistent, I called three times with no response, emailed with no response, and the only contact I got was a text with a drop-off window. I assumed that meant everything would be handled seamlessly. Instead, it was a string of delays and mixups, with zero communication from U-Haul or the movers the entire time. They showed up two hours after the window, annoyed, and blamed me for the delay. They were incredibly rude for the entire move, and at the end, told me to Zelle them a tip, after that level of service, the audacity was unbelievable. When I got back to work (already behind because of this whole ordeal), the mover texted asking where the Zelle was. Honestly incredulous. I would never recommend this service to anyone

  • My move was scheduled for 9am in the morning. The movers were so late that they showed up with the UHaul box at 9pm in the evening. They dropped or damaged several items, including my desktop monitor. I felt pressured to give a tip over Zelle that exceeded the fair value of their services.
