  • Unfortunately, the movers were almost an hour and a half late. I had to change my plans because it should’ve been 2-5 pm changed to almost 6 pm finish time. On top of that, they were not sent with any moving equipment like dollies or anything of the sort to move the heavy furniture from the second story. Neither of them spoke English, but luckily I had a friend come by to help me translate. The movers themselves were very nice and worked hard, but we did have some issues because of the language barrier. I suppose this isn’t a bad review because all of my things did get packed into the truck, but it was very frustrating for me with the company itself when this was already a stressful time moving across the country.

  • Initially the move was great and productive. The owner caused damage to multiple walls and stated he would be back to fix the damage. It has been almost 3 weeks and we have been ghosted after multiple texts sent to his personal number. I would not recommend them as now I have to repair the damage they caused. They also were not able to problem solve getting my fridge through the door, I had to initiate taking the handles off and help them with using the appliance dolly strap.

  • Could not communicat with them. They gave me high anxiety with all the arguing going on. It was 1 man and a teen boy. I expected more. More mussels, communication, and cats for my belongings. The job was not completed. Which should never happen. I only hadc2 men help load the truck and they did it in 2 hours. I will be glad to send photos if needed. It was a horrible experience!!
