  • MJT Personal Movers deserves this 5-star review. From start to finish, their communication, professionalism, and patience were outstanding. As the wife of a former mover with over 15 years of experience in U-Haul’s eMove program, I know quality movers when I see them. The crew was prompt, courteous, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly helpful. We experienced delays getting the truck, but they remained patient throughout the process. Because it is just me and my husband, who has dementia, their kindness meant more than words can express. I even went over my scheduled time, and they never complained. There was one small issue with my bed frame assembly. Later that night, I discovered it was not connected correctly. I texted the owner, Michael, and although he forgot at first, he was honest, came over himself, fixed the problem, and made it right. That integrity is rare. MJT went above and beyond, and I could not have made it through moving day without them. Highly recommended!

  • The 2 guys with MJT were great. They were great and very helpful. The guys were very familiar with UHaul Storage in Alexandria, LA which was helpful since the instructions provided by UHaul.com had some gaps. It was an overall great experience.
