  • The communication was sparse and I wasn’t even sure they were coming until like an hour before I needed them and I nearly canceled. Once they finally got in touch with me the service was fine. I wish there was more communication though because I was expecting to move earlier in the day around 1230pm and they weren’t available until 4pm. I would have liked to have known that the day before so I could plan my schedule for it, not a few hours before moving and wondering if they are even coming. Other than that the service was great.
