  • I booked Smooth Movers to unload a Relocube. I'd been very busy following an interstate move, so I didn't complete the booking until the evening prior. Eric reached out first thing on Tuesday morning to confirm the details associated with the job and confirmed they would be available. Eric and Nigel showed up on time and immediately began unloading. They were very careful with everything and managed to get everything to my third floor unit within 90 minutes. I'm sure it was at least 90-95 degrees outside. My items were shipped over 700 miles from the Midwest, and one of my barstools was damaged in transit. No one was negligent; however, Eric took the time to repair it and I can't even tell that it was previously damaged. He also put my bed frame back together. I had a wonderful experience with Smooth Movers and I would use them again.
