• My experience with Safe Stack was mixed. Unfortunately, communication was a significant issue throughout the moving process, and I would rate it a zero if that were an available option. Initially, the professionalism was excellent. However, that experience declined when I began asking questions about arrival times and trying to find out where the movers were. The lack of communication and timely updates made an already stressful moving day much more difficult than it needed to be. I do want to recognize the moving crew themselves, who were outstanding. They traveled approximately four hours from Indiana to Michigan and worked extremely hard under challenging circumstances. Despite not having the proper equipment to support their bodies or a dolly to help move heavy items, they continued working diligently. I genuinely appreciate their effort and dedication. My main concern is that, when booking moving services through U-Haul, I was under the impression that the movers would arrive w
