  • They came with no tools, when I specifically said I only Hired movers to disassemble and reassemble my king bed. I had to call a friend to come help and bring his own tools. Then they put it together incorrectly correctly and were not happy when I kindly pointed out that the side rails were on backwards and asked them to please put it together correctly. They left at one point to get straps and were gone for an hour. It was a disappointing experience and I would not rehire.
