• Crew showed up with only a 2 person loading strap. No sense of urgency. Arrived at 908. Told. At 948 its been an hour and they still have to unload the truck. With my help they u loaded the truck in 30 minutes. Then had the audacity to argue with me. Expect a filed complaint with the service.

We arrived at 901 didnt start unloading truck until a hour into move we started rearranging the garage due to his past Movers is not placing stuff where it belonged that was not in my job description I wasnt aware of that until I arrived at the location also me nor the mover asked him to help unload the truck he did that on his own I have been doing moving since I was 14 years old we do not supply dollies It is a great thing that we supply body straps that serviced the two workers that were requested We got the job finished had 30 minutes left I had asked Customer what else we should do he insisted that we just leave. I asked for my payment code Customer told me about how they are going to complain about me not having a dolly and telling him about our service time that was requested I always make sure Job is finished Try to get Job finished towards customers expectations and make Customer happier I end of day this specific Customer was not happy at all just stressed moving
