  • the day we moved it was SO HOT but these guys helped us get everything unloaded and into the house. I was mainly outside telling them where things went so I was a little frustrated when at the end I came upstairs to find most of the stuff wasn't in the correct room or spot. Thankfully I'm able to move it myself but if a client says put it in this room that is where it should go. They were very polite.

Hi, I sincerely apologize for the mix up. There was a miscommunication with where the boxes were supposed to be placed. I completely understand your frustration, and we take responsibility for the mistake. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you for booking with us.
