  • I paid $360 for three movers for three hours, but only two movers showed. Connie refused to refund me $169.50 which is the difference for the third person. I was told I would only get $63 of the additional money that I paid because U-Haul had to get their fee. I cannot for the life of me understand how they feel this is fair. She even went as far as to tell the guys onsite to tell me whatever they had to tell me to get the code and get out of here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Hello Meshay book for 2 people for 2hrs for morning time and the two guys I sent out there did the first move for 2hr and I ask the customer why you book for 3 people for 3hrs and I told the customer the two same guys is going to unloading you to because I have two other guys on a job I told her is I have the other two guys coming help out it will be 4 guys out there and then there was told of 3 people on the unloading the third guy help and after they had one are two items left on the truck so he left to go get my other two guys that got done with there job and I didn't refuse to give no refund she want get 169.50 she just get 63.50 for the third person that she didn't see out there work with the guys and I got text messages she cussing me out and tell me it not my fault U-Haul don't pay y'all again that why y'all is cheap but I have a text message saying my guys did a good job and friendly nice did everything for her then why does she hand out the payment code and she was not satisfi
