  • After booking this company with U-Haul, I never heard from them. A few weeks had gone by so I reached out to them since the U-Haul website says I would be contacted by them within 48 hours. I reconfirmed my move again 48 hours prior to the date, and then the night prior to my move, they reached out to me, wanting me to change my time. They were upset because I wouldn’t but I booked that time for a specific reason.. The next day I had delays at U-Haul, which caused me to lose man hours of move time because they were waiting for me at my house and that was my fault. Needless to say at the end of the three hours, they left with a quarter of my truck still needing to be unloaded instead of offering to stay and charging me for the overtime and calling the next client letting them know they would be 30 minutes late. I feel like they did this out of spite because I wouldn’t adjust my start time for them. The owners would only communicate by text and would never answer when I called.
