  • I booked the mover to simply pick up and drop off the UBox. The mover asked about providing additional loading & unloading services and he also wanted to come and leave in the same day to save himself a trip & gas. The initial request was fine but the fact that he pressed a little about it, was not. This is not what I booked. It came across unprofessional. When he arrived, he wanted both codes for the drop off and return and was adamant about this even though this was not what I was told to do. There are many moving parts and ppl involved in this move and it's already stressful. The mover's conversation and attitude has not been professional on the drop off of the UBox. Possibly it's simply his misunderstanding. We're hoping for a better experience tomorrow. In addition, when I called MovingHelp to inquire about the code protocol, I was not able to get through. I called several times. I then called UHaul who was very helpful.

  • Cesar was very communicative and easy to work with.. My two movers arrived on time, packed quickly, efficiently and thoughtfully and completed the entire job in just under 2 hours. I highly recommend!
