  • The movers themselves were very sweet, but I am extremely disappointed with how this ended. Communication took 3 calls and emails just to confirm arrival. I appreciated the flat-rate pricing, but around the two-hour mark, the crew abruptly decided they were finished, claiming the trailers were full while nearly 30 percent of my furniture was still inside! I had carefully organized high and low priority items, yet nobody warned me that space was running out or asked what should take priority. Instead, they requested the payment release code and tried to leave. I had to push them to keep loading. I understand the challenges of moving in Brickell, and the crew seemed like genuinely kind people, but the lack of communication, planning, and care at the end was incredibly frustrating. I paid for professional moving help and expected better judgment and communication, especially when so many belongings were being left behind.
