  • Not careful with our furniture. Used force where care was needed. One worker tried, the other did very little. Not sure they even knew what was required to do this job. FYI, despite this I did tip in person.

  • The company initially tried to cancel on the day of the move, stating that they didn’t work that day; however, we booked the job a week before the date and verified day and time with them. The second thing that was weird was that the workers they sent had no idea who they were working for. Both workers asked me if I was the person over the moving company, which I thought was weird. With all of that being said, the workers they sent did a great job, but the company seemed unprofessional.

    Hi, We appreciate your review. After reviewing the text messages between you and our management team, we confirmed that your move was booked three days in advance and that the time, address, and items were confirmed. On the day of your move, we explained that Sunday had been unintentionally made available for booking through Moving Help. We provided this explanation to clarify why we had limited mover availability after several movers unexpectedly called out. We did not attempt to cancel your move but asked if you could accommodate a later time. When that was not an option, we worked to find replacement movers as soon as possible. Regarding the questions asked by the movers, we are unsure why they were raised, as the crew members have worked with our company for some time and were aware of whom they were representing. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused by the unexpected call-outs and made every effort to get movers to you as quickly as possible.

  • I noticed once I got to my destination my TV was busted. I notified Sean and sent pictures.

    Hi! We are sorry to hear your tv broke! I am not sure if you reviewed the right company as we do not have a Sean who works for us and we did not receive pictures. We hope it got resolved with the other company!
