  • Company did not confirm day and time until day of moving. Moving time was 1030 I called before 10 to confirm and they said we were all set, 1030 rolls around and the owner calls and says movers aren’t able to make it. I understand things happen but There should’ve been confirmed at least three days in advance. So then the owner found other people to do the job. But our time got pushed back to 1130. Then, it got pushed back and they finally arrived at 1230 . 2 hours after it was scheduled. I think communication on the other hand could have been better. Other than that, the people that helped us move were fast and efficient. They came in and got the job done.
