  • The guys were amazingly helpful and so organized. They did a perfect job loading the truck quickly and efficiently. I would use them again for sure!

  • Overall move went well. Couple items got bashes around. Also not impressed with being told towards the end of the move that there was a 15 percent rain and snow surcharge that wasn’t mentioned before. Assuming he was talking about a tip which I had every intention of providing and had cash for. It don’t rain the whole time and we helped with a lot of the unloading.

Thank you for sharing your feedback We truly value every customers experience Our team worked non stop for over three hours on your move It was a very heavy job and the distance from the truck to your home required extra effort Despite this we did not charge you anything extra and also completed additional tasks to make sure everything went smoothly At the end of the move your husband kindly gave our team a tip and expressed that you were happy with the service Thats why we were surprised to read your comments We always communicate respectfully and do our best to make each move a positive experience If there was any misunderstanding we re happy to discuss it with you directly and professionally
