  • The day before the move, Carlton indicated I could pay either by Zelle or Venmo. When I followed up with him the morning of the move, he told me the payment needed to be in cash (preferred) or via Chime. Also the mileage estimate was changed from 64 miles round trip to 80 miles round trip. Also, three helpers came instead of two. I was running low on cash with the increased mileage estimate and additional helper. Finally, the movers arrived at noon instead of 10.30 a.m. At least they called to let me know they would be late.

  • These guys were great, two pros with lots of experience. Brought their own equipment, showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Carried a bunch of stuff down the stairs and then carefully loaded the truck so that the boxes interlocked so they wouldn't move around. Highly recommended.
