Évaluations des clients

  • They showed up 4 hours late with no communication. I called many times and they said they’re check in shortly but never did. I unloaded almost the whole U-Haul without their help. Very frustrating after driving halfway across the country.

  • I wasn’t going to do this but the more I unpack my stuff I’m finding more items that are broken. I will never hire movers again from U-haul. The rudeness from one of the movers to just the carelessness of my belongings. He dropped my kitchen table chair off the back of the truck arguing with me. I paid $240 for them to break my stuff and now I have to spend even more money to replace my stuff. Normally I wouldn’t complain about them being early but I needed that hour to organize and they just did whatever they wanted to help them get their day over quickly. Now the Boss Richard said it’s not his normal guys, but to have just anyone move your belongings is asinine. I now have to spend thousands to replace what was broken.

We regret to hear about the damage to your items, but our review shows the issue was due to how they were packed rather than how they were handled. While we cannot cover damage caused by inadequate packaging, we appreciate your business and would be glad to guide you on safe packing methods for future shipments.
