  • The whole experience was extremely disappointing. First, the movers were hours late, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, they arrived with absolutely no moving or packing materials, not even tape. We had purchased multiple moving pads specifically for the move, yet they only used about two of them, and only after we had to tell them to use the pads. Unfortunately, their handling of our furniture resulted in damage to multiple pieces. Two of our dressers now have broken wooden legs, and several other pieces have scratches and other damage. What makes this even more frustrating is that we had made the move extremely easy for them. Nearly everything was already packed and ready to go. Their primary responsibility was simply to carefully carry and load the items, yet there was still significant damage. This was my third time hiring U-Haul Moving Help, and by far the worst experience I’ve had. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

    We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We take customer feedback seriously and always strive to provide careful and professional service. We would like to clarify a few points. The original start time for the move had been changed by the customer after it had already been scheduled, which contributed to delays that day. Additionally, no concerns regarding damage to the furniture were brought to our attention at the time of the move or communicated to us afterward. Had these concerns been brought to our attention, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them and inspect the reported damage. We understand that damage to personal belongings is frustrating, and we are sorry that you feel your experience did not meet expectations. We remain willing to discuss the concerns directly and review any photos or documentation of the reported damage. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
