  • The movers arrived 2.5 hours later than the scheduled time, which I consider completely unacceptable. Moving requires careful planning and coordination, and such a significant delay disrupts the entire day. I understand that unexpected situations can happen and that some delays are reasonable, but arriving 2.5 hours late shows a serious lack of punctuality and consideration for the customer’s time. The movers were very kind and did a good job, but I believe it is important to highlight the punctuality issue, especially when customers organize their entire day around a scheduled move.

As we communicated with you consistently throughout the day, our arrival times are always estimated blocks. In the moving industry, schedules can be affected by unpredictable factors such as heavy traffic, previous customers needing more time, or delays in the pickup of the truck rentals. We made sure to keep you fully updated at all times regarding our arrival. It is unfortunate to receive a negative review simply because we respectfully declined your request for a courtesy discount due to a logistical delay that was out of our control. We remain proud of the hard work and excellent service our crew delivered once on-site.
