  • The company reassigned the moving crew on the same day, informed me only after I sent a reminder and the new crew arrived 1.5hrs late and almost jeopardized my city pod delivery window. Also the new crew were given the wrong address which caused additional delay. The manager would screen my calls for over an hour and not even give a proper explanation other that it was her day off. The new crew was great and fast once they arrived, much appreciated. The management and coordination was horrible.
