  • I strongly advise against hiring these movers. My experience was deeply stressful and unprofessional from start to finish. Due to traffic driving from another city, I arrived 12 minutes late. Despite this being a minor delay, the crew began bombarding me with calls and texts the exact minute our window started, and continued to send aggressive texts and voicemails. They showed zero understanding, lacked basic customer service skills, and even threatened to increase my rate—even though I was already paying for their time. They completely stressed me out and rushed my first meeting with my landlord. On top of the harassment, they handled my belongings carelessly, dropping items several times. They dropped a box of soda, causing cans to explode, and left the mess entirely for me to clean up. Overall, they were condescending, aggressive, and lacked any sense of customer care. Do not hire.

    I apologize coming out after 4 was already an accommodation to try and make you happy my employee accidently dropped your water my apologies all to drive over an hour to get paid 170 dollars just to please a customer we could not please. Cost us more in gas then we made. Thank you

  • Better service than higher cost movers. Workers went out of way to protect furniture and belongings. Very hard workers!!!

  • Worst experience ever. 3 hours late and within 30 minutes one of the moving guys sprains his ankle . Please note not from moving but from messing around . I had one helper who did his best . I called the company begging for help and got nothing . They dragged my couch to the point it was black as well as mattress . There is so much more but don’t have enough room to write it all. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Absolutely horrible
