  • This was an amazing service! My first time ever hiring movers to help me move my stuff. The communication from the coordinator or owner was always very fast. The movers called me when they were on the way and they showed up on time and ready to work. Jay and Key were very polite, very professional and had the upmost respect for my property. I booked 3 hours, but they finished the job in 2 hours because they were so fast. Unfortunately I was unable to get a refund for the 3rd hour, but now I know. Overall, this was the best decision to make my move so much easier and this company was a great choice. I definitely recommend them!

  • Very disappointing experience. The movers were delayed (the owner did communicate that), then worked at an extremely slow pace. Despite hiring two additional movers, it took three hours to load the truck, and the job still wasn’t completed. My husband even had to assist. Furniture was dragged, and walls were scratched throughout the apartment and hallways. We ran out of time before they could unload anything. I paid for professional service but received poor efficiency, careless handling, and little urgency. I would not recommend this company.

  • I booked my move online with Hands On Movers at the end of the day, the day before the job. Leo, the owner, called me immediately upon booking to confirm details and assure me his team would be there. The next day Keyy, Tre and Jay arrived on time for the move. All three men were professional, kind and very respectful. They worked diligently to complete the job on time. I would definitely recommend Hands On Movers for future work.
