  • They broke multiple things. The lead had to pay for one thing I saw after trying to lie to me.. And he paid not even the full amount of the items. I HAVE PICTURES.

    We take every customer concern seriously, but we also believe in being transparent and factual. This review does not accurately reflect the circumstances of the move. The reservation was scheduled for only two hours, while the customer expected our crew to load a 26-foot box truck and a 12-foot trailer within that timeframe. Our team worked under significant time pressure while being repeatedly rushed throughout the process. We have extensive documentation from the day of the move, including over 75 photos of the property and items involved before, during, and after the service. Based on our records, we do not agree with the claims being made regarding damages. Axis Point Moving takes pride in providing professional moving services, and we stand behind our crews when they follow proper procedures. We are always willing to address legitimate concerns and work toward a resolution, but we will also defend our company and our employees when inaccurate claims are made.

  • They tried to basically rip my couch apart because they didn't understand how to take it apart, and they wouldn't listen to me. I ended up taking the couch apart while they did something else. Zach needs to learn to listen. At one point, I had to go and find the movers. I didn't hire men that I had to babysit. They apologized at the end of the move, and I told them it was fine, but it wasn't. Their bed had been made. I canceled them for an upcoming appointment and booked someone else.
