• Non professional, rude, late, did not finish the job, refused to put anything together, had me remove door, left there water bottles in the yard, my two sons my son in law, and myself moved The majority of the truckload. Not happy with this company. Don’t use them

  Hi Jerry We respectfully disagree with your review Our crew arrived with 2 appliance dollies 2 furniture dollies and lifting straps Despite winds of 45 to 75 mph we worked continuously for all 3 hours purchased without breaks and stayed extra minutes You declined additional time Our service is hourly not flat rate We handled heavy furniture and boxes while your family assisted with lighter items Conflicting placement directions required moving furniture repeatedly We did not refuse assembly as none was requested When the refrigerator would not fit we asked you to handle the door while we continued unloading Indoor smoking also affected a crew member with asthma Despite these challenges we remained busy productive and focused on safety Our responsibility is to handle unexpected situations professionally while making the best use of your paid time We provided the full authorized service but cannot guarantee an entire unload within 3 hours
