  • Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Expected to be paid for the time it took them to figure out parking on Campus, which was 45 minutes. Once they did arrive in the store they demanded that I pay from the requested start time which was 10am when they didn't arrive until 1045. No apology, said I should have told them it was the Campus store. I had spoken with the contact the nigtht before and all he asked was if they could start at 10am instead of the requested 9am start time. Spoke to me disrespectfully on the sales floor in front of my customers and employees. This was our 2nd experience with this service, the first time was exceptional. This 2nd time was so bad there will not be a 3rd.

    Sorry you feel like this Emily the communication on your end was poor we got there at 10am and weren't able to get hold of you until 20 minutes later You told us what to do for the visitor parking but the parking authority told us a different set of directions we were given a goose chase around the campus meanwhile when trying to get hold of you you would not answer If getting a visitor parking pass was a process that information should have been relayed to the crew Sorry you felt the way you felt about this experience
