  • Highly recommend Don and his crew! I booked them last-minute the night before. Even though they squeezed me in after two full jobs, they still showed up at 9 PM and did a great job. I am impressed with their work ethic. Our 28-foot storage trailer did not have a ramp, so Don and his coworker lifted an entire truckload of heavy furniture, a treadmill, exercise equipment, and large boxes straight off the high trailer by hand. Having moved many times, I know quality movers when I see them. Don and his coworker are the real deal, and I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent work!

  • Was very disappointed with the moving company They damaged a lot of my items legit broke a dresser and chipped my bed set and dresser so bad Helped them move our things the entire time and they were barely working Paid for an extra hour for them to stop at the store and show up late and still keep the clock running as if that was our moving time Didn’t finish the job that they were paid to do and everything was packed all they had to do was move it Very dissatisfied with the service and I would honestly like a refund Also didn’t have the tools to remove majority of the things I needed them to move

    Hi Kiere, this is Don from All Access Moving. I'm sorry your move left you this frustrated. I'd like to clarify a few points. Your move was booked within 48 hours of the moving date, and all last-minute bookings are scheduled on a best-effort basis, so arrival times can shift depending on our other jobs that day. As discussed verbally before the move, any disassembly is done at the end of the job if time permits, so the crew focused first on moving your items. Your booking covered a set number of hours. When the job needed more time, we offered to extend, but since the extra hour couldn't be added, our crew had to leave for a customer scheduled right after you. I understand that was hard, and I wish we could have finished for you. Your concerns about damage still matter to me, and I'm reviewing them with my crew.
