  • Professionalism was not what I expected. Move helpers showed up with sagging pants, did not stick to original time. Seem like they was trying to extend the time took to long to just load. Which carried into extending the time a hr. Overall not too happy with the service

Were disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations especially because during the move you expressed that you were pleased with the work and even mentioned that you planned to leave us a five-star review For clarity your move was originally booked as a two hour job with a 26 foot truck When our movers arrived the home was not fully packed so our team also assisted with packing and getting additional items prepared for loading You also had a second location approximately 10 minutes away which naturally added time to the move Our team continued assisting with your belongings beyond the original scope including placing some of your items in our personal vehicle to help get everything completed We also want to clarify that the comment regarding sagging pants does not accurately reflect what occurred. Our team arrived prepared to work and remained focused on completing your move
