Évaluations des clients

  • Showed up 30-40 minutes late . I was not sure how long the job would take. I scheduled two people for 3 hours each (paid for 6 hours in advance). The job took 90 minutes (3 hours for two people(. Company advised sorry no refunds .for unused prepaid labor hours.

Hi Michael, thank you for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify our booking and billing structure you reserved our standard 2 person crew for a 3 hour time block totaling 3 hours of moving service not 6 hours. We had you scheduled for an arrival time of 9 to 930am and our movers showed up at 936am and worked efficiently to complete your entire move in 90 minutes
