  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! If I could give them a 0 I would. First, my bed was already dissembled so it would be easy for them to put in the truck. Because they did not load it first being that it was one of the bigger items, it wasnt able to fit in the truck. So they had to spend time taking it apart which lengthened the move meaning I had to pay for an additional 2 hours. THEN One of the movers dropped my lamp and one of the glass shades broke. Another one said he would pay to get it fixed and then refused to replace it because I wouldn't date him. I reached out to the owner multiple times explaining the situation through text and tried calling him on the phone, no response. So now I have a broken lamp in my new home that clearly will not be fixed because they are unprofessional and does not take accountability.
