  • I cannot be happier with all of Von and Jacks help! They were both extremely friendly and kind. Great communication prior to the move. Super hard working!!!! Von had a plan and I trusted him! Last minute they even helped us with an extra stop that was not planned. They were so careful with all of our belongings. They were amazing!

  • Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Six of my expensive Z Gallerie mirrored dressers were damaged or mishandled. Three were broken, chipped, and cracked. Despite my repeated instructions not to remove the drawers from the other three dressers due to their delicate ball-bearing mechanisms, the movers ignored my warnings, leaving the drawers detached and improperly handled. This damage was preventable and reflects a lack of professionalism and care for my personal property. To make matters worse, the movers demanded payment despite my understanding that they were uninsured, while assuring me that U-Haul’s insurance would cover the damages. I hired movers expecting professional service and responsible handling of my belongings. Instead, I am left dealing with damaged, expensive furniture and uncertainty about compensation. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Customers deserve movers who follow instructions, handle belongings carefully, and are tr

    We respectfully disagree with this review because it does not accurately reflect what happened during the move. The size and weight of the furniture were not accurately represented beforehand. While we were working, the customer did not express the concerns now described or indicate dissatisfaction with our service. We also dispute the claim that the damage occurred during our work. The dressers had existing damage, and we do not believe our business should be held responsible for damage that was already present. We take pride in our work and believe all claims should be based on facts. We stand by our position and remain committed to providing professional and reliable moving services to our customers.
