  • I booked two helpers through U Haul Moving Help for loading and unloading. After they requested a later start I accommodated their schedule and delayed my truck pickup. The crew worked three hours left the move unfinished and promised to return the next morning. They failed to return. I paid 245 for their initial labor and was forced to hire a replacement crew, costing 691 in additional expenses. Before unloading the replacement crew required an electronic liability waiver due to the condition of the load. My belongings were severely damaged including a shattered 75 inch Hisense TV damaged plants and missing moving blankets. Owner Jesus Arias denied responsibility claiming the booking was for loading only despite my confirmation stating Load Unload. He refused further contact, leaving this dispute unresolved. I suffered unfinished work, damaged property, and substantial extra costs. I cannot recommend POTENCIA KANTU 4K.

First, we would like to clarify that our contracted service was strictly limited to loading the truck, and did not include packing or unloading services. For this reason, our crew was not present nor involved during the prior packing stages or the subsequent unloading of your belongings. Additionally, we would like to note that the first communication regarding your concerns or claims of potential damage was received two weeks after the agreed-upon work was completed. Nevertheless, we apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding that may have arisen, and we take every feedback as an opportunity to continually evaluate and improve our processes.
