These guys were amazing! First, they were able to securely fit a lot more in the truck than I imagined. They quickly and efficiently handled, loaded and unloaded all my furniture and belongings with care; nothing was damaged and they were finished on-time despite traffic, elevator sharing, etc. Thanks so much!

there were a few spots of damage on items being loaded into the truck - a result of dropping items; after the move we also noticed some other damage (minor) to items in the truck (paintings with marks, drawers with scuffs from not being loaded into their chests) and a missing item - metal bar with wooden finials for the back of a chair. Otherwise, the pack job was excellent, and the time was well spent. I tipped the crew directly with cash upon their departure
