  • The movers expected time for service was 1 PM. They were one hour late. I was told that they were late due to Personal reasons. Once on the job, I will admit the two movers work extremely hard and well, And the communication between us were open I will admit that. but I did not appreciate them not calling me to let me know that they were going to be late. I the customer had to initiate the phone calls to find out with where they were.
