Évaluations des clients

  • Alex and his crew were simply outstanding! They arranged and organized 8 U-boxes for my household and worked efficiently, professionally, and diligently. I had started loading my U-box a few days prior to their arrival...big mistake! Alex and his crew rearranged my packed U-box and got so much more into it. Alex is a genius at looking at your furniture and odd pieces and understanding how to pack it perfectly. The amount of space and money he saved me cannot be overstated. I am so thankful to Step by Step Logistics and their effort to pack my household goods. Perfect team and outstanding service!

  • Alex and his crew were fantastic! They unpacked our 16 & 8 ft pods in record time. Everyone on the crew was such a pleasure to work with - and no doubt extremely skilled at what they do. We will use them again in November when we move from rental to new home. They definitely deserve the highest recommendation! A huge thank you to the crew!
