  • The loading-unloading was good. No complaints- just a few scratches on walls-doorways. The moving skills were good, business practices leave a lot to be desired. They arrived 40-minutes late with minimal communication. It would have been preferred if he had asked if it was okay to video or go Live while loading my belongings. I wouldn’t have agreed to that but it was done without asking me. Expect to be asked for more money. Very nice and respectful helpers came with the owner, so paying the extra to him with Venmo and not in the app was my tip for everyone.
