  • They moved everything I needed, however they tore a very expensive mattress, destroying it. Additionally they reeked of smoke and I believe they may have actually smoked in one of the bedrooms in my house. Over a week later that room still stinks like smoke (nobody in our home is a smoker). I am beyond pissed about this experience.

    We dispute the claim that our crew smoked in your home. Your review describes a suspicion, not something you witnessed. Neither concern was raised during the move, and you did not contact us before opening a case. We have requested photos and documentation to assess the mattress claim. We take concerns seriously, but accusations should be supported by evidence.
