  • I appreciated that they reached out beforehand to confirm the time. Unfortunately, they arrived about 30 minutes late because they had trouble finding the location. I had trouble understanding when they called to ask for help with directions but after sharing my location they made it and were apologetic. Since I had to return my rental by a certain time, I ended up starting the move on my own while waiting for them. They worked for about an hour and 10 minutes of the two hours booked, partly because I was helping, but also because they were very efficient and able to carry a lot at once. They were kind, hardworking, and quick once they arrived. Overall, I would recommend them! I imagine they may have an easier time locating a residential home than a building like the one I was moving from.
