  • Unfortunately they were late 2 hours. The loading process wasn’t the best. They were not careful with any of my items. My sofa was stepped on by one of the movers. Has a huge footprint on it; mind you it’s white. Will definitely have to get it cleaned. Has stains all around because they dragged it. And after 4 hours half of my stuff is in my old apartment. Walking back in they had left my headboard in the hallway of the apartment complex. Definitely did not have a pleasant experience. And on top of that I now have to pay U-Haul for an extra amount of hours.

  • Very poor communication about being late. One mover showed up almost 2 hours late, the other showed up 3 hours late.
