  • Disappointing Customer Service Despite a Hardworking Moving Crew My overall experience with this moving company was disappointing due to poor customer service, a late arrival, and a lack of communication regarding the reassignment of my move to a different team. The reassignment occurred without a proper briefing or clear communication, which reflected poorly on the company’s organization and professionalism. To the credit of the two-man crew that arrived, they were hardworking, demonstrated excellent teamwork, and loaded my belongings in an organized manner. I appreciated their effort and the care they took during the loading process. Unfortunately, the unloading process did not meet the same standard. Dents and damage were left on the upstairs wall and along the staircase. Additionally, the crew exceeded the scheduled time by 32 minutes, yet I was charged for a full additional hour. While I commend the two movers for their hard work and teamwork, the overall experience fell short

  • They were there to load on time, were polite and got right o work on the loading. They voluntarily wrapped the surfaces to protect them and packed them in well. Same with unloading 25 miles away. I never once saw them bump or scratch anything. Great experience! Tipped the two helpers on location.

  • Coordinating the logistics the night before and dealing with a delayed morning arrival was a bit frustrating, but Frank’s professionalism on-site made all the difference. As soon as I spoke with him, he kept me updated on his arrival. Once the two-man crew got to work, they moved fast, treated our goods with respect, and packed the trailer expertly. Big thanks to Frank and his helper for their hard work and efficiency.
