  • The guys that showed up were quick and efficient. They were over an hour late though. Additionally, I know that accidents happen, and it did on this one. My big bookcase fell over in the truck during loading, so I'm going to have to trash it as I can't find parts for it. Another piece was also broken because of the fall of the bookcase. I was compensated with a $10 ratchet strap. Their ad says they charge for 3 flights or more. I received conflicting information about those charges as I was told over the phone it could be $25 - $50, but the main guy told me after the load out that he normally charges $100 but that because it was me he would only charge $50. So, I guess that $50 he saved me could've been used toward parts that I can't find, or a replacement on the leg that was broken off on the smaller metal shelf unit. I WOULD STILL USE THEM AGAIN! They are strong and quick and kind.

  • This team, Mike and Tim, are the BEST. Friendly, courteous, energetic, professional! I couldn’t have asked for a better team. My request was short notice the night before, and yet, the guys showed up with smiles and muscles and saved the day! I can’t say enough good things about them and the job they did! Will definitely be my first call when I move again! Excellent service!
