Hello, is it ok if during the spring/summer it is exposed to the elements? ( mostly rain) Also, is it car wash safe? or should i remove the rack before entering the traditional car wash
Hello Patrick! While many bike racks are designed for outdoor use, leaving them permanently exposed to the elements will prematurely age them, cause rust, and degrade components over time. This bike rack should be removed when entering car wash. I hope this helps, thank you for reaching out!

Does this work for a step through bike without added part
Hello Margaret! For bicycles with inclined frames (angled cross tube on women’s bicycles), position frame hook at the intersection of the bike’s vertical tube and the bike’s inclined tube to prevent slippage during use. I hope this helps, thank you for reaching out!

My bike rack leans about 15° away from the back of the car, is this normal? The bikes are definitely not upright when on the rack.
