Hello Mark! Sorry, no. The HoldUp holds the bike by the front wheel and must clamp over the tire. The fender blocks the "hook" that goes over the wheel which provides that clamp. I hope that helps.

How does this rack accomodate an ebike with a front fender? The front tire hold down normally would go next to the fork but with a fender this would not be possible.

In a 2017 post you advised that it was not expandable to hold 4 bikes. I have checked on REI and the Yakima sites and it says that the 2" hitch model does have an extender available. Do you know if this is a different rack?
