I am going to have a 1 1/4" receiver installed on my car for my bike rack. Later I want to tow a trailer that requires a 2" ball. Can I get a 2" ball mount that fits into a 1 1/4" receiver? Any advantages to getting a 2" receiver instead? Although I would then have to adapt it for my bike rack.

The U-Haul trailer sits level when the top of the ball coupler is approximately 17" off the ground.
Using the U-Haul 36061B ball mount and 4924 hitch ball, will have your vehicle towing a U-Haul trailer fairly level with the top of the ball coupler at about 16-17" off the ground.
