The ability to add tags to an item does not seem to work. You type them in, you hit save and the tags are not added to the box/item. Using latest iOS version. I was going to use tags for location purposes (e.g. basement, storage, kitchen, etc.) but I guess not?! I paid money for this, sheesh.

Hello, I asked a question prior that I have all these Smart labels and I can't utilize them properly. I have all my boxes packed. I put the labels on the box with short descriptions and scanned the QR code then listed the stuff that's in the box in detail. Now I can't scan the QR code without the app crashing in order to see all the different items in the box.i have app IOS version 3.2.1 but the answer to my previous question and others says to download 3.1.8 (android?) which I don't see at all. This renders the labels worthless. I need a developer to please address
Hi Albert! I am sorry for these issues. Developers will be releasing an app update here soon for iOS that will fix this issue. Once released, there will be an in-app note that advises you to update the app. You should be seeing that very soon.
The question I submitted on 4/5 regarding the smart label scan feature crashing the app was not posted. Would appreciate some help. I was able to scan the bar code, name it and upload a picture in the app. When I tried to scan the bar code label that's now attached to the box, the app crashes. This has happened multiple times. I have app version 3.2.1. I have deleted and reloaded it. Have tried closing it and turning iPad off/on. I tried calling your customer service on 4/5 and was told Sam would call me back. Neither Sam, nor anyone else, ever did. Please advise on what needs to happen to get this to work as advertised. Merci

Can you add pictures to your already created label? For instance, I already packed a box, put label on it, scanned the label and named the box. Can I go into the app after the fact and add pictures from my phone's photo gallery? I can only find where you can add a photo by taking an actual picture in the app.

Went to Tools. Scanned bar codes and gave them a name. Added pictures to each. Stuck the labels on the boxes. When I try to scan the labels on the boxes to see what's in them,, the app crashes every time. How do I fix this? I have app version 3.2.1.

Smart labels idea is fabulous. However, we get "An error occurred" when we log in the mobile app (can only login online). We've tried on our two Android mobiles, so I need support (our username/pwd are good as we can login on the Uhaul website on PC, tried uninstall/reinstall, etc). Where do I call for support so that we can use the Smart labels.

Hello! Your label PDFs are formatted to print using a standard desktop printer (8.5” x 11” paper size). Simply print the PDFs, cut them out and attach to your boxes/items using clear tape. Or, your PDFs are formatted to print on Avery label template Presta® 94256 also.
Are the 3D barcodes unique across different 40-label sets? In other words, if I order four labeling packages, will all 160 barcodes be unique?
